The owner’s name of electricity and water meter transferring are necessary to do after the transaction of the Land Department but their methods are different as per below;

1. Electricity Authority
Electricity meter deposit receipt is the most important document which will receive after electrical Installation. In case you lost the receipt you can ask for the substitute receipt at Electricity Authority which branch will be specified on your receipt.

1. In case you lost receipt
1.1) Request form for substitute electricity meter deposit receipt losing.
1.2) Certificate of electricity meter deposit receipt losing.
1.3) Copy of ID card and house registration document of meter owner.

2. In case you have receipt
2.1) Two copies of ID card and house registration document of seller.
2.2) Two copies of ID card and house registration document of purchaser.
2.3) Copy of ownership document such as Sale and Purchase Contract or Title Deed from of Land Department.

2. Waterworks Authority
Water meter deposit receipt is the most important document and the water meter will not be able to transfer if you have no receipt.
1. In case you have receipt
1.1) Copy of ID card and house registration document of both seller and purchaser.
1.2) Copy of ownership document such as Sale and Purchase Contract or Title Deed from of Land Department.

2. In case you lost receipt
You have to pay for the water meter deposit which costs 600-1,500 Baht, depends on sizes of meter. And attach with the below documents.
2.1) Copy of ID card and house registration document of purchaser.
2.2) Copy of ownership document such as Sale and Purchase Contract or Title Deed from of Land Department.
